TOPDON PulseQ E – 11 kW wallbox with tethered Type 2 cable, app and RFID
Get home in the evening, plug in, and the car is full by morning – you don’t need a 22 kW setup for that. Most electric cars charge at a maximum of 11 kW on AC anyway. The TOPDON PulseQ E charges three-phase at up to 11 kW, has a tethered Type 2 charging cable and is controlled via app or RFID card. With IP65 protection it’s built for carports and outside walls too.

Good to know
- InstallationThe wallbox must be connected by a qualified electrician.
- Grid operatorIn Germany, wallboxes must be registered with the grid operator. Up to 12 kW – so at 11 kW – no additional approval is needed. In Austria, the grid operator must also be notified. In other countries, check the local rules.
- Actual charging powerHow fast you charge also depends on the vehicle’s on-board charger. Vehicles that charge single-phase charge more slowly.

Is a charging cable included?
Yes, the PulseQ E has a tethered 5 m Type 2 charging cable. A version with 7.5 m is optionally available.
Is 11 kW enough for my electric car?
For most vehicles, yes – many electric cars charge at a maximum of 11 kW on AC anyway.
Do I need approval from the grid operator?
In Germany, the wallbox must be registered. Additional approval isn’t needed at 11 kW, only above 12 kW.
What’s the difference from the PulseQ AC Pro?
The PulseQ E charges at up to 11 kW and has a tethered cable. The PulseQ AC Pro charges at up to 22 kW and has a Type 2 socket for your own cable.
Can I mount the wallbox outdoors?
Yes, with IP65 protection and an operating range of -35 °C to 55 °C it’s suitable for carports and outside walls.
