TOPDON PulseQ AC Pro – wallbox with Type 2 socket, up to 22 kW and app control
If you charge your electric car at home or in a company car park, you need a wallbox that is reliable, safe and easy to use. The TOPDON PulseQ AC Pro charges vehicles with a Type 2 inlet on single-phase or three-phase power at up to 22 kW. Charging starts via plug and play, the app or an RFID card, and you can keep an eye on every session from your smartphone.

Safety
In addition to the built-in residual current protection, according to TOPDON the PulseQ AC Pro monitors overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, earthing and reversed phases. The PC and aluminium housing is IP54-rated against splashing water and dust and IK10-rated for impact resistance – suitable for garages, carports and exterior walls.

Good to know
- InstallationThe wallbox must be connected by a qualified electrician. The unit does not need to be fully dismantled for wiring.
- Grid operatorIn Germany, wallboxes must be registered with the grid operator, and above 12 kW – so at 22 kW – its approval is also required. In Austria, the grid operator must also be notified. In other countries, check the local rules.
- Actual charging powerCharging speed also depends on the vehicle’s on-board charger. Many electric cars charge at a maximum of 11 kW on AC.

Questions we often get
Is a charging cable included?
No. The PulseQ AC Pro has a Type 2 socket, so you use your own Type 2 to Type 2 charging cable.
Will my car really charge at 22 kW?
Only if your vehicle’s on-board charger supports 22 kW and your electricity supply is rated for it. Many electric cars charge at a maximum of 11 kW on AC.
Can I install the wallbox myself?
No, it must be connected by a qualified electrician. Depending on the country, the wallbox must also be registered with the grid operator.
Can the wallbox be mounted outdoors?
Yes, with an IP54 rating and an operating range of -30 °C to 50 °C it is also suitable for exterior walls.
