Equipped as standard with easymont pro and plus kit for processing UHP and run-flat wheels (additional optional adapters are required for PAX and CSR).
smartSpeed – automatic speed selection with inverter technology – new and unique:
– Automatic speed control via inverter, allowing the highest possible speed to be selected based on the applied torque.
– Initial speed of 7 RPM for tasks requiring special care.
– Second speed of 7 to 18 RPM – automatically selected according to the torque to be applied.
Double-acting bead breaker cylinder.
Mounting head is pneumatically set away from the rim.
Vertical positioning of the mounting head is also pneumatically controlled – all settings are controlled by a single switch – fast and ergonomic.
Sliding jaws with rounded profile and plastic protection inside offer an external clamping range of 12″ to 24″, shorter clamping time, and higher clamping force thanks to cylinders with shorter stroke.
Conventional mounting tools (working range 8″ – 24″) with steel mounting head and plastic inserts for gentle processing of the wheels.
Clamping plate with centrally arranged sliding jaws. Two clamping cylinders provide 30-40% higher clamping force than machines with a single cylinder.
Pedal-controlled, pneumatically tiltable mounting column.

Side-mounted bead press with adjustable shovel angle for different wheel diameters, adjustable in three positions for high performance and flexibility.
Valve box with integrated pressure gauge and four ergonomic shelves for valves, tools, and accessories, mounted on a separate column.
