THINKCAR HD Pack – truck diagnostics for THINKTOOL Master 2 and THINKTOOL 391
The THINKCAR HD Pack turns your THINKTOOL into a truck diagnostic tool. The pack includes the HML VCI for 12V and 24V vehicles, a complete connector set for the most common commercial vehicle brands and a one-year licence for the truck software. More than 74 truck brands are supported, including Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo, DAF, Scania, Iveco and Renault.
Truck diagnostics
The HD Pack reads control unit version information, fault codes and live data, clears faults and runs actuator tests. On top of that, it offers 13 special functions for typical commercial vehicle jobs:
- Diesel particulate filterRegeneration, reset after DPF replacement, ash counter reset, differential pressure sensor reset
- AdBlue and SCRAdBlue circuit bleeding, parked SCR efficiency test
- InjectionInjector coding, injection quantity adjustment, pressure relief valve reset
- TurbochargerElectronic VGT actuator calibration
- MaintenanceMaintenance confirmation, warning light (MIL) and fault reset
Settings and calibrations
Depending on the vehicle, you can also set idle speed, cruise control and the idle stop system, control the exhaust brake valve and electronic fan, and calibrate the oil pressure sensor, ABS and automatic transmission.
