The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

The delivery of goods is worldwide.

The actual shipping costs will be displayed to you before the order is triggered.

Delivery of Download Products:

For download products (digital content not delivered on a physical medium), no shipping costs apply.

You can download download products via a link provided by email.

The dispatch of this email with access data for the execution of the download will take place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

You can download download products in your customer account.

The provision for download takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

You will also be informed by email about the provision.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will be made within 1 – 3 days, and for international deliveries within 5 – 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you choose to pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the options for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:

Shipping to Switzerland

We are happy to supply our Swiss customers free of value added tax. Our shop system shows the net amount without value added tax for your order. Swiss customs will then calculate the 8% Swiss value added tax upon delivery of the package.

Value Added Tax EU shipping with VAT ID. (VAT-No)

If you provide us with a Europe-wide valid International VAT ID when placing your order, we will of course supply you free of value added tax. Only the net amounts are stated on the order confirmation and invoice.

If you pick up your items personally from us or have them delivered within Germany, we must charge you the German value added tax, which we cannot refund afterwards.
