The purchase contract is concluded upon express acceptance of the order by Tavolon Intelligence Co., Limited or, at the latest, upon dispatch of the goods, unless stated otherwise during the ordering process.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"zt-legal__section\">\r\n    <h2 id=\"agb-4\"><span class=\"zt-legal__num\">\u00a7 4<\/span>Prices and payment<\/h2>\r\n    <p>(1) The prices stated on ml24.shop at the time of the order apply.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(2) Taxes, shipping costs and other mandatory additional costs are displayed to the customer before the order is placed, in accordance with statutory information requirements.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(3) The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(4) The due date and the time of debiting depend on the payment method selected and the conditions stated there.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"zt-legal__section\">\r\n    <h2 id=\"agb-5\"><span class=\"zt-legal__num\">\u00a7 5<\/span>Delivery and fulfilment<\/h2>\r\n    <p>(1) Delivery may be carried out by Tavolon Intelligence Co., Limited itself or by commissioned manufacturers, distributors, suppliers or logistics partners.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(2) Direct delivery by such a partner does not change the customer's contracting party.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(3) Delivery areas, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are stated in the shop or at the latest during the ordering process.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(4) Where several products are ordered, separate shipments are permitted provided this is reasonable for the customer and does not result in unjustified additional costs.<\/p>\r\n    <p>(5) If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed.
